Residential Finance
Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.

If the mortgage being arranged is a status mortgage, we will charge a fee of  between £365 and £673 which is payable on application. For all other mortgages, we will charge a fee of £917 which is, also, payable on application. All fees are refundable if a lender cannot be found to meet your requirements.
